2.) I will invoice at the end on 5/10

My vendor does have a minimum I need to purchase to receive free shipping. which equates to about 100 unpaper towels/ dishcloths across all prints. if we don't make it there then 1 of 2 things will happen:
1.) if we aren't close- nothing. Nothing due. No invoices sent. No order placed. We will try again at a later date.
If we are close: we will extend and run a few more prints.
