Cancellations, Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
Epically Embroidered will gladly accept cancellations, exchanges and returns. And makes every effort to promptly issue refunds due for cancellations and returns.
Cancellations
Request an order or item cancellation within 1 hour of receiving your order confirmation email.
- Reply to your order confirmation email requesting a cancellation for either specific item(s) or the entire order.
- Add “cancellation” to the end of the email subject line.
Obviously, refunds are only issued for cancellations where payment was made and fully processed. You will receive an email to notify you that we have received your order cancellation and that it has been processed.
- If the payment has fully processed to us a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. You will receive an email letting you know the credit has been issued. Bank and credit card refund credit timelines vary widely. In general expect 5 - 7 days.
Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. To be eligible for exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. They must also be in the original packaging.
Request an exchange of a specific item within 3 days of receipt of your order delivery email.
- Reply to your order delivery email specifying which item(s) you would like to exchange
- Attach a photo(s) of the defective or damaged item(s) for exchange
- Add “exchange” to the end of the email subject line.
- You will receive an email response letting you know that your exchange has been approved or rejected. Once your exchange has been approved, don’t delay in shipping your item back to us.
You are responsible for the shipping costs of exchange item(s).

- Exchange items must be received by Epically Embroidered within 7 days of your order delivery email.
- If the item(s) is not returned for exchange in its original shipped condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- We can’t be held responsible if your exchange item(s) do not arrive to us. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Upon receipt of your exchange item(s) meeting the conditions above we will inspect the item(s).
- You will receive an email to notify you that we have received your exchange item(s). If your exchange items are approved or rejected. We will also notify you that the exchange item(s) has been shipped out to you. The USPS shipping notification email will have tracking information.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Request an item(s) or order return within 3 days of receipt of your order delivery email.
- Reply to your order delivery email specifying which item(s) you would like to return.
- Add “return” to the end of the email subject line.
- We will reply notifying you of the approval or rejection of your return. Once you receive your approval promptly ship your return item to us.
You are responsible for return item(s) shipping costs.

- Return item(s) must be received by Epically Embroidered within 7 days of your order delivery email.

Items Not Eligible for Return, Exchange or Refund
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective return or exchange is not available:
- Items on sale (includes percent off sales, shop credits, automatic discounts, discount codes, etc)
- Custom or personalized orders (unless a typo is present that was our error)
- Gift cards
- Digital downloads
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Refund Policy
- We can not be held responsible for packages once they are received by the post office. We can only refund or replace packages that have no available tracking.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If an exchange or return item is returned to us outside of the timelines above or without prior approval a refund will not be issued.
- Only partial refunds will be issued for any exchange or return item that is received not in its original condition, not in the original packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error as the item has lost value.
- Late or missing refunds:
- Bank and credit card refund credit timelines vary widely. In general expect 5 - 7 days.
- Once a full 7 days have passed from our notification a refund has been issued check your bank or credit card account.
- If the refund credit is not appearing in your account contact your bank or credit card company.
- Ask them how many days it takes them to process refund credits. Let them know the date we issued the credit.
- Have them confirm they are showing the refund credit in their system. If they do not have a record of your credit please contact us at orders@epicallyembroidered.com.
